I'm going to guess that it has already been fixed, because some people complained about a huge influx of email for coin dips. The fix was to stop sending email for that kind of log. Since they don't even post any stories in the logs, I'd rather not get a log for every Cache someone visits, when maybe 3 or 4 different people might dip one of my coins in several Caches in one day.
