+myotis
Working fine for me. Routing Manager seems to be fixed. But the ETA still does not work right when your designation is in another time zone. I still cannot download waypoints into MapSource. Other than that everything looks good so far. +dfx
all good here, can't say i notice any changes. Quote Link to comment
+jlw82
I flashed yesterday, and did a 2 miles short hike, or what such a short distance is called. The odometer and basecamp + everytrail matched. Will do much more hiking tomorrow and will post my result then. Quote Link to comment
MtnHermit
Noticed a change OR 450 3.90. I can now turn off tracks shown on the map. However, I'm only able to view one track at a time from my saved track list. Setting one to view turns off the preceding track. Quote Link to comment
+LaxRef93
Successful upgrade. Will test in the field tomorrow along the Seaway Trail. Quote Link to comment
+jlw82
I did some chanterelle picking today and i walked slow, very slow in terrain that was very dense. MtnHermit
Here's a side-by-side comparison of a Colo and OR 450 w/ 3.90. Too short to be definitive, but certainly better than the 50% low I experienced on my last trip. Could anyone explain the purpose of the large green "Go" button on the track map? Where would I go to? +Bear and Ragged
Could anyone explain the purpose of the large green "Go" button on the track map? Where would I go to? You would Go to Creek Loop. It's a 'short cut of sorts, if you know which cache is next. If you press the top cache name you get the cache information, and then another option to Go to. +ecanderson
@ B&R: Um... that's a track, not a cache. @ MtnHermit: Heck of a track. If you ever get the itch to find a cache or two, they're up there. You must have practically tripped over this one: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...=y&decrypt= Quote Link to comment
+myotis
Could anyone explain the purpose of the large green "Go" button on the track map? Where would I go to? Did you push go to see what happens? Push go, it is a really neat feature. You can nsviage the track. Quote Link to comment
+Cold Case Cachers
just updated. field test later today. I just tried to update my 450 that I got during the REI fire sale. MtnHermit
Did a longer test Sunday, same improved if imperfect results. Both tracks showed 6.5 mi in Mapsource, so the OR odometer is running low ~2%. Clearly a significant improvement over 3.80. At the trailhead I zeroed both altimeters to 10,800' and got these results, no telling which is more correct: Quote Link to comment

You'll get this if you are in spanner mode and the unit is running in "GPS mode" when you try to update it. Quote Link to comment

+EraSeek
Updated OR 400t from 3.9 to 4.0 tonight. All went well, no apparent bugs. As always, removed card first. Quote Link to comment
+EraSeek
Updated to 4.0 on my 400t last night. Twice today I noticed the track jump back and forth 4,5,6 times in a big zigzag while sitting at a light. This is new. Climbed Mt Pilchuck today. Trail sign says 3 miles. Roundtrip on trip odometer on my 60cx was 6.34 and 6 miles on the track. Or 400t was 4.80 on odometer and 5.5 miles on the actual track. Quote Link to comment
-Oz-
They really need to get the odometer back to where it was. Glad to see some improvement but why in the heck is my 60csx and forerunner 110 so much more accurate then my new GPSs Quote Link to comment

Removed everything I could find. No joy using Mac Web Updater. Any ideas ? Got it - on a mac when you delete stuff, it's in the trashcan which means a .Trashes directory on the original device until you empty the trash. Doh. What I wound up doing was removing the alternate languages, Wherigo demos, etc. as well as removing the old basemaps (no clue where that came from, the 200 doesn't have a basemap) and supplemental map. Since I had Ibacyus on the SD card that came back when I reinstalled the SD card. All I needed to do was update the NW Trails map which I was planning to do anyway. Whew. Quote Link to comment
+bcblues
I am running 2.6 on my 62s and my unit randomly freezes (screen frozen and no buttons work). I have to pull the batteries to get it to reset. This happens several times a day. I just reinstalled 2.6 again - I will see if that helps. Quote Link to comment
+Red90
It is probably more related to some user data on the unit, than the firmware. Quote Link to comment
