+FinlandJ&P
I usually download caches individually. When I then want to delete one it is easy to find and delete when I attach the gps to my computer. In the past month I added caches through a pocket query. I know want to delete some of these. I can't find them. Where do I go to find them? Only want to delete the ones I didn't find. Quote Link to comment
+Unobtainium
The short answer is you can't you can only delete the entire PQ. Run the PQ again and copy the new file over the old one. Quote Link to comment

+WaylessWood
Another option is to use a program like GSAK to generate the gpx file with all the caches you want. You can filter out or delete the ones you don't want and generate a new gpx file. Quote Link to comment
