+ratcliffe Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 All of the caching stat sites that I have seen need 200 or similar numbers of finds before they will give a ranking. At the moment I have 30-odd finds, but I would like to know where I rank in the UK. Is there anywhere that does this ? Quote

CacherStats works on cachers who have found a certain number of pre-determained caches... If you go and find a lot of the pre-determined caches, you may get onto the list... Or not! ) Quote

+ratcliffe Posted September 19, 2010 Author Posted September 19, 2010 It's not about the numbers. No, that sites gone down I know its not, but I'm always curious about stats Quote
+L8HNB Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 Don't worry - it'll only take just under a year and eight months, at your current rate, to get to the 200 Quote
+the family bu Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 who cares how many others have found - have you enjoyed the ones you have found already?? Quote

I'm trying to do one a day at the moment, although I've had two DNF's in row Quote
+ratcliffe Posted September 20, 2010 Author Posted September 20, 2010 who cares how many others have found - have you enjoyed the ones you have found already?? I have enjoyed them, and wouldn't do caches just to get the numbers up, but on the other hand I am curious... Quote
+little-miss-naughty Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 if u wanna get on the stats list u will need to be doing a lot more than one a day lol lmn Quote
+The Chaos Crew Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 I didn't even know there was a "ranking" but we're also in the slow-and-steady-wins-the-race camp, having taken 2 and a half years so far to reach our giddy heights of 170-something caches found, so I don't think we'll be climbing the leaderboard any time soon Quote

Just need to find (or have found) the 2 or 3 caches in your area that are monitored, to get on the list when you reach 200+ Edited September 20, 2010 by Bear and Ragged Quote
Deego Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 Just enjoy it your own pace.. Its been eight years today since I found my first cache, (they were a lot more spread out back then) .. and I am still struggling to hit 1000. So I must be the slowest of all time lol Quote
