+Team Kaye Posted March 16, 2002 Share Posted March 16, 2002 Hi!! I'm new to geocaching and am interested in placing a travel bug. There is a popular item from a local cache that I would like to use. I have contacted the cache's owner to ask permission, but I have not received a response (has been almost two weeks). My question is, should I place it without the owners permission?
