CITO Tag

I ordered a few things off this website and received the items today. I was able to activate one of my tags, but the round medallion key chain one didn't come with an activation code. Any thoughts on where I'd find this, I checked all the packaging and I don't think I missed it .

This sounds like a Travel Bug, not a "CITO Tag".
