Oregon 450T paperless geocaching

I have an Oregon 450T and really enjoy using this great device. However, I am frustrated by the fact that when I download a query and paste the resulting gpx file into the Garmin 450T, I simply do not know where to paste the file. Does it go under the folder "current". The way to get around this is to paste the file into several folders with the hope of getting it into the right location.

As a result, I have hundreds of files loaded into the garmin. Also, when you paste new files into the garmin, does it read the most recent files??

Is there a website or an online manual that shows how this process works?

Thanks in advance,

Signed, Confused :)

Just to clarify the last answer, the unit can use up to 200 .gpx files, however you can have large .gpx files (such as pocket queries), and in total the unit can hold up to 5000 caches.
