Uploading Found Caches From Garmin 450t to Geocaching.com

After I find and mark as found caches in my Oregon 450, is there a way to upload the finds to geocaching.com or do I have to look at the gps, find the same found caches on the site and re-mark them as found? I havent been able to figure it out, and I would think you could do it since the gps allows you to write logs too...

You can upload the fieldnotes to GC to assist in the logging process. Click on the following link which also contains simple instructions:
