"Making a note" grabs bug... ack!

One of my travel bugs is moving just fine, and I wanted to post a small note of thanks in his log. When I did that, I "grabbed" the bug, which isn't what I wanted to do AT ALL! I didn't see that I had an option of just making a note in the log without grabbing.

Is this the desired behavior?

When you viewed your TB's cache page, you clicked on the Found it? Log it! link in the upper right corner. This took you to the log page.

On that page, there was an option that read What type of log. The choices were I have it! and Making a note. Sorry, but you picked the wrong one... icon_frown.gif

Grrrrrr.... I bet I know what happened. I selected "Making a note", and put in the TB's number... or what I THOUGHT was the number. I know I put in the wrong one the first time, and the page refreshed. When it refreshed, I bet it reset the pull-down to "I have it!" and I didn't notice.

BAD software! :: swat with rolled-up newspaper ::

EDIT: I did a test, and that's EXACTLY what it did. ICK!
