+Team Walibi Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 Hi, Can I make a new button on my Oregon 550 and that button gives me than my present location in coordinates, like I get them when I hit the satellite indication on the screen. So they are better readable. Thanks Quote

+pppingme Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 There's a couple ways to do this. Almost any screen that has display fields (compass, map, trip computer, etc), any of the fields can be updated to "Location (lat/lon)" and that will continually update. If you are wanting to "mark" and keep track of your current location, you can click "Mark Waypoint", then edit, then you can see the coordinates. If you are looking for a slightly more accurate mark (like when placing a cache), the Oregon does have an Average Waypoint function. Quote
