Open them with any software program you wish and send to GPS with the serial cable. If no serial cable load to an SD card and put it in the unit. +BAMBOOZLE Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 I use a Nuvi 500 for driving but when I get within .2 mi or so I use my Meridian Color to navigate to the exact parking place....then I walk to the cache with a Meridian Platinum. GSAK ( and to a lesser degree spinner) will put the file on your color. If you have the orig. serial cable and your computer has no serial connection you will need an adapter/software. On ebay you can get a usb cable for your Meridian that works great. As an aside, I've collected the complete line of Meridians including 3 colors and about 10 Platinums. Quote Link to comment
