+drsolly
You know how it goes. Your phone rings, you put down your pda, fumble through your caching bag try to get to it before the voicemail kicks in, here it is, no that's the gps, here it is, pull off the cover, hit the answer button ... just too late. So then you have to call back, and a few minutes later 121 calls you and you have to deal with that, and sometimes you can't call back because the caller called from a number that doesn't let you know what number it was ... and they give a number to call back on that just gives you a voicemail message ... So I got fed up with it when this happened, all the above, once too often. Here's what you do, if you're with vodafone. **61*121**NN# send where NN is 15, 20, 25 or 30. 15 is the default, apparently, although it feels to me more like 5. 30 is the maximum. Non-vodafone users can do something similar - google for instructions. Edited July 1, 2010 by drsolly Quote Link to comment
+rutson
That's a GSM instruction. Network independent :-) Edit... hang on... the 121 needs to be substituted with the voicemail number! Brain not working! Edited July 1, 2010 by rutson Quote Link to comment
+RatRunCrew
I had my voicemail removed! my ringtone carries on for what seems like forever.. If they want me, they can text.. Edited July 1, 2010 by Kazim1959 Quote Link to comment
