Is it okay to set up more Earthcachesin Yellowstone?

I recently went to Yellowstone NP and saw some places that looked like they needed Earthcaches; I was wondering if it's okay to set them up, since there are already 31 and what permission I'll need to get.

The park was open to them. The park has the opportunity for hundreds. Set up as many as you want.
