activating Monkey Cachekinz travel tag

I bought a couple of travel tags from Groundspeak.com. One of them I was able to activate with no problem. However I am having trouble activating the 'monkey cachekinz' travel tag.

 

The note that came with the travel tag said to retrieve the activation code from coincodes.com. But I can't find a link there for the monkey cachekinz travel tag. Any ideas? I wrote an email to them but still haven't received a reply.
