The DAT cache is cool, but it's a long way off and you would need to turn down I-40 to get there. Otherwise there are a lot of typical highway exit caches along the way. You may want to get the Thermometer cache in Baker. If you take the Zzyzyx exit, you could drive 4.5 miles south on the washboard road to an old resort that was confiscated by BLM and leased to USC. Lots of history and a therapeutic spa as well. Quote Link to comment
