navigate to a waypoint on a Droid?

GeoBeagle on my Droid is great for finding traditional caches. But for stages of a multi or for the real location of a puzzle cache, what is the best way to enter a waypoint and navigate to it? Is there a 'waypoint app' of some kind?

I would assume you can edit the existing WP info. That is what I do with Cachemate.

OpenGPX can add waypoints to caches in its database. I expect others do as well.

You can add waypoints in GeoBeagle. From the cache list, click the menu button and select "Add Waypoint."
