+Mick-n-Nick
A year or 2 ago I bought the Delorme PN-20 that came with Topo's mapping program. Now I bought a Magellan Triton 2000 whose base map is SERIOUSLY base (a dot represents an entire city.) I have the Topo program but can't seem to get it to work with my Magellan even though that device is an option to change to on the main Options screen (but it doesn't give Magellan as an option on my exchange dialogue screen.) I really just want the maps on my sd card (I tried using pn-20's sd card in my magellan, but no surprise that Magellan didn't recognize the maps.) Any ideas? I did find a website that has free maps that someone converted or something, but wouldn't you know that of the 4 or 5 states he hasn't gotten around to yet, MN is one of them Quote Link to comment
+GeoCraig
If you have physical maps that you can scan or have digital maps in a graphics format, you might want to consider RMP Maker found at http://www.msh-tools.com/triton.html If you can identify the coords of 3 or 4 places on the maps, you that create raster maps that your 2000 can use.
