As a feature or workaround on the website?? No - can't download them unless you do a regular enough PQ to get all the logs and build them in GSAK over time.

Not without raising the hackles of the head frog. You would likely find yourself enjoying an unplanned vacation from geocaching.

Unless you are talking about all the logs for a cache that you own. There's a GSAK macro for that.
