Search Errors

I'm new to Wherigo and have yet to be able to do a successful search for a cartridge. I've tried this on my PC (IE7) and Mac (Firefox 3.5.9) and I always get this message:

 

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

 

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

It doesn't matter if I search by zip code (98032), or state (WA) the same error occurs.

i am having the same trouble since sunday but I am able to get the download if I go through geocaching page then down load from there

Actually, the current topic for this is titled Cannot search for any cartridges without server error in the "Playing Wherigo" forum.

 

Please direct all conversation to this particular topic. I will make an announcement if/when I hear anything from Groundspeak.
