+Sol seaker Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 Or boat rentals near water caches. I've got a boat cache list so I've been emailed by people wanting to do boat caches in the area at a location near a boat rental. I've got the boat cache list, but so many of you have done so many more than I have. Please let me know your recommendations on the best boat caches that are near boat rentals (and what boat rental places are around) Thanks so much!!!! Quote

+hydnsek Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 You can rent canoes and kayaks in Bellevue at the edge of Lake Washington: Cascade Canoe & Kayak Center. We held a Yakkity Yak water event there a couple years ago. Quote

Cascade Canoe & Kayak - Renton. also, there used to be a rental place at the UW, right next to the football stadium. Lake Union had a rental place as well.. but been years since I went to either of those. As far as I know though, the one in Renton is the only one around that will let you take a boat off site Quote
+GrievousAngel Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Moss Bay Rowing, Kayaking and Sailing Center (South Lake Union by I Love Sushi and Blu Water Bistro) used to rent kayaks for off-site use as well as just paddling around Lake Union. Quote
