cant get my waypoints to download

i have an etrex vista h we got a new computer and i can no longer get my way points to download to my gps a box pops up and asks if i was to save it but it wont save it to my gps only on my computer please help im lost

You can't save the file to a Vista. You need to save it to your computer and use another program to transfer the waypoints to your GPS. EasyGPS is one. Free and easy to use. GSAK is another. More powerful but more complicated. Your unit also came with a Mapsource CD (or should have). Mapsource can also transfer waypoints.

what are you using to load the waypoints? (easygps, gsak, mapsource, etc)

that must be my problem im not using any of them to load my way point i got a new computer and my old one all i did was plug in the gps and click download it worked fine i never downloaed anything thanks so much ill try one of thoes downloads!!!
