user13371 Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 (edited) I built a Pocket Query of caches along a route. The route is a pretty short one, just a few miles I travel to work, with distance set to a four on either side. When I preview the result online, GC.COM says there are 403 records. When I open the downloaded PQ in a text editor and seacrh, I find 348 cache IDs and that's how many GSAK loads. Why? Edited April 25, 2010 by lee_rimar
BlueDeuce Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 Hard to say. Let me try it. Sending you an email.
BruceS Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 I think your explanation is in this thread in Raines comments
user13371 Posted April 25, 2010 Author Posted April 25, 2010 Bruce: Yep, that sounds about right -- thanks for the pointer to Raine's comments.
Mosaic55 Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 I saw the same thing with a small PQ today. The results said there were 10 caches, but the preview only showed 6. It was just a simple search from home coordinates, not along a route.
