Today I came home from work and saw that a box of wine and a gold padded mailer were delivered today. Great, my wine is finally here. Wait a sec, I havent ordered any coins.Huh__by_Emotikonz.gif And ITS A GOLD PADDED MAILER. Whats going on?

I somehow managed to open the package without cutting any of my fingers off and a card that says Fragilis Est Vita, Caduem Est Tempus, Carp Diem!! Life is Fragile, Time is Fleeting, Seize the day!! and an envelope with this inside ( I see some of my cat`s fur made into the second picture...ugh).

The first picture is not even close to showing howstunning looking it is. And now I notice the picture has my "Life goes Fast, Have a Blast' sticker on my monitor stand in the background. HAS THE COIN SENDER BEEN IN MY ROOM???

 

Seriously What, Why, Who, is responsible for sending me this coin and honoring me to show it to the community first. I don`t have a clue why I was chosen. I`m still sitting here speechless and there isn`t room for all the smiley emicons to show what I am feeling now. Nor is there room for all the THANK YOU`s I want to say.

That was a really great coin. Love the antique finish, could there be any other than antique for such a coin? noo.

 

To the meaning then, it is so true. Life goes by so fast, we need to stop a while sometimes and think what is meaningful and what is not.

 

Thank you mystery coiner for bringing this coin out in the fields.

WOW!!!!! This is an amazing coin!!!!! So pretty!!!!

WOW!!! It reminded me the death dalers of the old times!

 

Somewhere in the 16th 17th and 18th century, when a lord of a place or a king etc, died they were making silver and big sized taller coins with the king and an angel taking him to the heaven, or other designs with skeletons... and they were giving them to the poor during the funeral! that was so the lord and God will hear a good word and that he was a good ruler so he can go to Heaven....!

 

Except these talers, there were some medalions made for the black death! They had skepetons and they were used as a protection from the plage! :D

 

It is a lovely coin!!! I hope one will find its way here too.... if planes start flying again! :D

Ok, I have not been into the forums in forever. Today I come home to a gold mailer too and this awesome looking coin. This only the 2nd mystery coin I have ever gotten and I absolutely love it. I am honored to have gotten it, even though I dont feel that I deserve it. It will definitely go with my other mystery coin. Only one thing though that I wish, I wish it were number 6 instead of 8....lol

I"LL take your Number 8!!! That's an awesome coin. Looks like he jumping high! Maybe one will accidentally make its way to Abilene, TX!! (Wishful praying never hurt anybody! :laughing: )

If i see this picture my heart beat goes up and up and up.

 

I fellt in love with this great coin. I would say woooohhhooo. Thats a realy great design and my wishlist has changed. I only want to get this coin.

 

I hope so much that sometimes one of this great coins could find his way to me.

Well I have been feeling a bit down lately and especially after posting my charity auction last night. This afternoon I find a gold bubbler in my mail box. What's this? I haven't ordered anything. I tore it open and found this awesome coin!! :rolleyes: What a great way to lift my spirits. :anibad: I have no idea how the mystery coiners know when somebody could use a lift but you did it again!!

 

I have no clue who sent this and there isn't any postmark on it to even keep me guessing. Whoever you are thank you from the bottom of my heart! I feel very honored to have been chosen to receive one. Many hugs to you my friend and if we shall ever meet tell me I owe you a hug and you shall receive! (That is if you want one of my hugs LOL :rolleyes: )
