I'll venture a guess from the format of the number that it was US Geological Survey. Only a small fraction of the USGS disks were submitted with the required data to be included in the NGS data base. Read the FAQ and pinned threads for more discussion. If it isn't in the data base, you can log it on Waymarking. Quote Link to comment

That's what I did with an old 1944 TVA benchmark, and may be getting ready to do the same with a 1934 USGS disk. I opened a thread in this forum about what should I do in cases like these.
