+ratCATcher61 Posted April 16, 2010 Posted April 16, 2010 Has anyone else had problems ordering items from the SA geocache store. I ordered weeks ago and was told nothing was received. Then I was told Monsterpay didn't bother to process the order. Then it was another 2 weeks only to be told they had been on holiday and needed to wait for new stock. I suggested they approach paypal which from experience is simple efficient and safe but had no resply to that. Anyone else? Quote
MnCo Posted April 16, 2010 Posted April 16, 2010 (edited) Monsterpay is part of Setcom and as most, if not all, of the process is automated, I would say it's much more likely that the order was recieved by geoshop and simply forgetten. That said, the last time I ordered TB tags it was quick and efficient. Made the payment using the debit card option and recieved the goods within a few days. PayPal is still not a completely viable option for SA buisinesses. Even with the new partnership with FNB. Prior to this, there was no way to get your funds out of your PayPal account. At least now you can, but if you don't bank with FNB, then it's a hastle to move your business accounts there, and pay them a cut for the priviledge. Edited April 16, 2010 by MnCo Quote
