+The Moop Along Posted November 8, 2010 Posted November 8, 2010 So your forum friend came up with this combination, and dubbed it GOLDEN DAWN. It's for sale at the link I just provided. Is this version an RE or LE? RE Quote

+TeamEccs21 Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 These coins are the best use of translucent enamels That I have seen. IMHO Quote

haysonics Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 I'm new to the geocoin scene. I know LE is 'limited edition' so, is a RE a 'regular edition?' Yep, R.E. stands for 'regular edition'. FYI, an R.E. can be reminted if the vendor desires. Some vendors only mint once so their R.E.'s naturally become L.E.'s while others mint them for as long as they sell. Quote
+scificollector Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 looks like just a few left in the store. Quote

+The Moop Along Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 Just a quick FYI. Your trusty forum compadre had another version in mind, still antique though. We modified it a bit, thinking outside the box. And that turned into Peaceful Sea. No enamel on the backside really gives the compass that old time look we were shooting for. Quote
