The Canadian Dollar is at parity with the US. Yes it includes the manual and cable. The cable is standard and i use it also for external hard drives. Its the same. If you put in NiMH batteries they will get charged when pluged into the computer using the USB cable. This Unit has a proper map in it and comes with a 4Gig mem. chip. No scratches.
