Is there a way to copy your Stat Bar and place it on a website, Facebook profile, etc. so that it's updated, not just a static picture?

That would require a program that automatically "gleans" information from geocaching website and I believe that such a setup is verboten.

The stat bar was designed so that you can put it on other websites. So it isn't a TOS violation to do so.

 

Go to http://www.geocaching.com/my/statbar.aspx and copy the code that is inside the box that says Copy and paste the html below for your web site to display your stat bar:

 

Paste that where you want the stat bar to be.

The information contained in the stat bar code is dynamic not static, so if you can get it to display as is then it will update its self. Your and other peoples browsers on the other hand may not reflect the update based on cache settings.

To display your stats on your Facebook profile, do a search for Geocache stats application. It is very straight forward as to what to do, and it works really well. You can customize the stats bar, and it updates when you click on it. It also allows you to show any of your friends stats bars and profiles. I've been using it for months with no problems.
