Benchmarks not showing up in search results

There are numerous benchmarks that exist in the Geocaching.com database, but don't show up in search results. The reason seems to be that there is at least one MARK NOT FOUND log on the datasheet. The only problem is, I've seen several examples of a benchmark with a MARK NOT FOUND log, but having RECOVERED IN GOOD CONDITION logs at a later date! In other words, first they weren't found, but later they were. Unfortunately, the ones that were found at a later date still don't show up in the search results. The only way I've been finding them is because I downloaded directly from the NGS site, dumped the data into an Access database, dumped the data from Geocaching.com into the same database, and cross-referenced the lists.
