Entering Bench Mark Waypoints

How would I enter this Waypoint into a Garmin Etrex?

I know with regular geocaching the zeros are all listed. With the Benchmarks the numbers are listed differently.

I'm new so hopefully this isn't a stupid question. :-)

ie. is it 41.006.671 or 41.600.671 or neither?

The last part of the coordinates is minutes. Just like minutes on a clock, there can't be more than 60 of them. So you don't need two zeros before the 6 and you can't have 600 minutes either.
