taistogunnar
I'm new to Wherigo. When I try to compile a cartridge, I get System.ApplicationException error. I also can't open any .lua file in the builder or open .gwc -file on builder emulator. So how should this work? Quote Link to comment
Ranger Fox
It's possible you created a task, character, etc. object and created an event for it, then returned and deleted the object. Unfortunately, the Groundspeak Builder tends to forget to delete the event along with the object. Before I ask you for the cartridge's lua file, please try to run my Reference Fixer application. It will look through the cartridge and check for orphaned events. There are other things that could cause a problem, such as editing the lua file manually after copy and pasting from MS Word. If the Reference Fixer doesn't work, feel free to email me the cartridge. Just be sure to include a note on the forum that you did in case the email is lost (that happened with the last person, so I'm being careful). Quote Link to comment
