Setting up a Garmin Map 76 to Topo50 mapping

Hi all, trying to setup my Garmin Map 76 GPS for the new Topo50 mapping, NZGD 2000 datum but having problems in getting the coordinates right. If anyone has info on how to do it, i will be greatful.
