I have see null descriptions before, but just for spires and other landmarks. This is the first time a disk had no info. You might consider getting a closeup of the mystery disk (if you don't already have one) and post it with MY5391. I tried searching M128AU at the NGS site - no luck. It looks like there might be one more character after the U. No destroyed station in Geocaching's proximity search either.
