What's your ratio?

Inspired by recent questions about Should Be Archived logs and etiquette -and name- I was wondering, what's a good ratio of finds to 'time to say goodnights'? Years ago similar threads on Finds to Hides and Finds to DNFs ratios were popular. We never posed this question though

 

Me: 3701 finds and 8 NAs, giving a ratio of 462:1

1901 found .... 14 N/A logs posted on caches of which 13 were subsequently archived. Ratio 136:1 (roughly)

Is there an easy way to do this, with 148 caches... how do you check how many NA tags you have... I think a couple but some of which I've apologies for. ....

19 Needs archived logs, just 1 of which has survived.

2 NA logs

 

Of which one was an event

 

and one of which was a " Needs moving from the inside of the ancient Holy well" Log - but as that wasn't an option I went with a NA log

I have to say I'm shocked at how few NA logs I've made - mental note made to get out there and complain about a few more caches

2348 finds : 33 NA logs! 30 have been archived...

 

thats a lot of NA logs!

 

i haven't decided what is a good ratio yet!

892 finds > 1 NA = 892 to 1, that one has been archived.

But I don't think you "earn" the right to call the reviewers attention after a couple of found-it logs.

If common sense, a changed situation at the location or better knowledge justifies a NA, than everybody should go for it.

 

The reviewer should contact the owner anyway to figure out what is going on.

But 10 NM's from which 3 have been archived, maybe i am not harsh enough.

The NA has 7 consecutive DNFs and 2 unanswered NMs so i think (and hope) i have acted correctly. Logging a NA didnt feel good, especially being such a newbie
