Yes, if you have a compatible version of Windows (see other threads in here for getting the Builder to work on recent and/or 64-bit versions). Download the Builder from www.Wherigo.com (requires .Net Framework as well), then select Tools/Emulator and browse to the directory containing the GWC file. (Use the "PocketPC" build of the cartridge for best results.) Quote Link to comment
