TDCompton
Just curious to see how many others enjoy taking their canine companions out to cache with them and see photos of your four legged cachers in action.. I take my Belgian Malinois "Braxton" almost everywhere I go, so taking him caching was a simple decision.. He already had a hiking pack before I started caching, so to say the least I am grateful to him for carrying numerous bottles of water and whatever else I need to take with me out on the hunt!! In addition to that he is a trained Personal Protection K9 (is also trained for Dual Purpose Police Work and Schitzhund) so I feel that taking him with me is only a logical thing to do since I am a petite female and enjoy night caching... Braxton doing his "pack duty" last month on a cold, rainy, day of caching... Braxton doing what he loves... Braxton just looking handsome... I should mention my old girl "Schmoopee".. At 12 1/2 years old she is much too old to go out caching but I love her none the less.. She was a rescue that wasn't going to make it a year according to the shelter - 4 1/2 years later the old girl is still running the household! Quote Link to comment
