+p90ade Posted January 24, 2010 Share Posted January 24, 2010 i have an oregon 300 which i use for geocaching, later in the year in riding john o groats to lands end. can i plan a route into my oregon so i can use it like a satnav? and if so how? i have base maps on it which shows all the roads. Yes, it will route fine. The basemap that comes with the unit, though, is not accurate enough to be used for routing. You need to add a detailed map.
