Unfriendly dogs and other animals...

This has been a useful and necessary topic and interesting to follow. Recently the labourers' dogs were driving me up the wall as they chased me and barked at me while I was riding the motorbike on the farm. Now I stop the bike, switch it off and tell them to go home and they skulk off. It is surprising how quickly they catch on, as long as you are consequent (do the same thing everytime).

 

Now I need to train myself with our own dogs. Shouting and waving arms makes them think this is all a lot of fun and just eggs them on.

Maybe a passing mod could close it - I think that would be for the best.
