my icache coin came today!

 

Now, the apologies to the two that I am sending my coins. I have a very LARGE Quiz Bowl tournament that I am running tomorrow, and today at school was well.....a mini fiasco. Combine on that the aftermath of the day (which I am not going into) I didn't get to the post office to get them sent out, and I won't be able to get them out on Tuesday. I promise I'll send them out on Tuesday.

As far as I can figure out I just used the line number instead of the coin number, which does mean that I got 3 coins I wanted when those numbers actually matched :laughing: An easy mistake to make, please everyone learn from this! I know I did!

 

If I don't get back to you right away, it is Saturday and the kids are taking my time as usual (no caching either!) and the Opening of the Olympics is starting NOW!!!! Woooohoooo! Go CANADA!!!

Well, once again, just like last year, Mauison got his coin to me FAST! I got my first mailer from him today with an antique silver and blue Journey coin in it. First thing I did was stick it under the camera and take a picture.

So, in all I ended up with 3 coins that I actually wanted, 4 coins I already have, 12 coins I don’t want at all and may be hard to trade off (2 of which are the same coin!)

 

Sorry to hear about the mistake. I nearly did this myself. Depending on which side (leftside/rightside) of the quote is the coins that you got but didn't want, there are a few coins that I was trying to trade for on your list there. PM me and we can try to work something out. :laughing:

Getting my coins out has taken me longer than I thought but all packages are ready to go. The ones to Canada and the US have postage and I will pop them in the mailbox tonight (though they won't go anywhere until Tuesday as Monday is a holiday for us). The International ones need customs forms so I will go to the post office on Tuesday morning when they are open after the holiday. Will post back here once they are officially underway and to be a bit more specific on where they are headed.

Seems to me that I've gotten some coins here and there ;) I should make a list like everyone else, eh?

 

I'm fairly certain that I have gotten something from Crowesfeat30 and ModelCitizen. I'm picking up my trade from Mauison (yeah!), but I think I've gotten one other package. I'll edit this later if I remember to look.

Greetings, all!

 

I'm back with my coins that I offered for trade and am JUST NOW getting them packaged up to send out.

 

I know I'm late with my stats, but hopefully a few are interested. I traded 25 of 46 coins, which comes out to 54% or so. I'll take it, given this is my first math trade! I'm really happy with the coins coming in, and hopefully those to whom I'm sending will be satisfied as well.

 

Gardengorilla - if there's a chance you don't want the Cachepillar LE but something ELSE on my list, please email me. Australia is a long way to go for a coin that you're not satisfied with, or if it's going to go to Atlantagal anyway. :huh: BTW, do you still have that nudibranch I was seeking? It's been a while, and there were new computer issues, so I wanted to give you your space, but if you've still got it I'd LOVE to have it!

So far, only two have been sent out, and one of those is in conjunction with my late Valentine's mission. (I will get my "stuff" together at some point.) Thanks, Chuck, for organizing this and for correcting my spreadsheet blunders. I'd be interested in a summer math trade. If I can't land a job, I guess I'd be a prime candidate for organizing it, too!

 

PS I'm set to mail more coins than I've found caches this year. ;) Where are my priorities?!?!?!
