In a pinch, you can do this with a calculator.

 

Decimal degrees -> Decimal minutes

 

Take the decimal part of degrees and multiply by 60.

 

E.g. 37.50000 -> 0.5 * 60 = 30.000, so 37° 30.000

 

Similar techniques for decimal minutes to decimal seconds.

 

If you have a bunch to convert, an Excel spreadsheet does it nicely and easily.
