need help with geocaching.

I recently upgraded my membership on geocaching.com so that i could load the points onto my GPS right from the computer. When i try to do it, it says that it cannot find a device. It worked perfectly with my dad's garmin, but now it wont work for mine. Does anyone have any tips that could help me get it working? I would really appreciate it. it would save me alot of time. I am open to all suggestions.

I have a magellan triton 300 but for some reason, the website is saying that it cant find any devices because i think it is looking for a garmin.

I use gsak, to load my caches on both my oregon, and legend it is a free program if you want to give it a try, no nag screens for the first month after that it is $25 to avoid the nag screens but you can still use the program

Send To GPS only works for DeLorme & Garmin devices.

 

Your only option is to download the cache data via a PQ, then process it through another program like GSAK to load it into the device.

Have you installed Garmin communicator? If not try installing that and then upload your files again.

Garmin Communicator doesn't help with a Magellan GPS.

 

Also, the OP said that his father's Garmin is working, so it must be installed.
