--Why, oh why do I always seem to try to post at 11:00pm (the forums shut down for 10-15 minutes at that time every day)...--

Anyway, congratulations Maine Family and Opalsns!

I live in SoCal--guess I didn't stand a chance on this one.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!

That's why the cointest was open until midnight PST! To give you west-coasters a chance! :D

:P I was just kidding around, ATMouse. Got my menu entry in fine earlier, but speculated in jest I apparently could not win without residing in Maine. The posting problem was just for the congratulations. Whatever Groundspeak does as 11pm in the forums every evening, it prevents me from opening any forum windows for reading or posting. So I had to twiddle my thumbs for 15 minutes before I could send the congratulations to Maine Family and Opalsns.

 And here I am trying to post at 11pm-ish yet again...

Thank you for the cointest, ATMouse.

aka Momster:

I always, without fail, try to check the boards at 11p.

Me: "Okay done with everything else for the day, time to get caught up on the forums!"

*loading icon sits and spins*

Me: *look at clock* "Oh hey, it's 11p again."

In other words, I totally feel your pain! :D

Baked Brie recipe at T-sun's request.

It's a geocacher's brie really. Take some trail mix that has pistachios, and dried fruits that you like, other nuts are OK too. Soak in a nice cognac, or brandy for a while (or over night). Poke holes in the Brie, pour the mix over, bake for 15 minutes at about 350°, serve with pita chips, crackers, and/or baguette. It's pretty too. Enjoy.
