+DeepButi Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 Some days ago I saw an option to mark as "lost" a TB. I cannot remember the exact wording but the idea was clear. Today I tried to use it for a clearly missing TB ... and it's gone. Did I see visions? Did this option exist? Does it? Should I go to an optician? To make it clear, I'm not talking about a TB owner option, but a normal option for everyone. Link to comment
+BlueDeuce Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 The only people who will get the Mark as Missing option is the bug owner, a cache owner while the bug is in their cache, or a Groundspeak volunteer. It would be the last selection under Trackable Item Options on the traveler page. Link to comment

By the way, since you can't mark it as missing you should post a note that you didn't see it in the cache. I'd have to review the bug page to give you a better opinion about whether or not it's missing, but you should at least let the owner know so they can check into it further. Link to comment
