I don't know if this has been talked about before, so here goes.   I would like to have a way to have caches post at a specified time of day, on a certain day.   Here is what would happen. When you fill out the cache page before it is sent to the reviewer, there would be a spot you could request what time and day you would like to have your cache posted. If everything checks out with the reviewer, they would send it in to Groundspeak and their computers would do the rest.   For example: I
