+lakedawgs Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 HI, Trying to install Mapsource 6.0 on a new laptop and keep getting an error. When I put in my 25 digit unlock code for the maps I get the error... "Problem with the Unlock Wizard registry. Reinstall the Unlock Wizard and try again" Have reinstalled the program 2x with no joy. Even tried using a backup copy of the program with same results. Any help would be most appreciated. THANKS, Lakedawgs Quote Link to comment

Or is this a brand new software you're installing for the first time? Is the laptop otherwise in good condition? No other software hic-cups?? Quote Link to comment
Motorcycle_Mama Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 MapSource 6.0? That's a fairly old version. Have you tried updating your MapSource version and then running the unlock wizard. Version 6.13.7 was a very stable version. Quote Link to comment
