Someone asked that once, and apparently Groundspeak's policy is that a GPS is required for placing caches. Location from Google Earth / Google maps may not be accurate enough.

 

As for the stickers, you can buy them from various stores (not sure about Latvia though). Or you can print your own. To waterproof them, laminate them then tape them to the container. The stickers are not absolutely necessary.

I recomend that you consider becoming a "Premium Member".....Then you wiil have an oportunity for all the "Bells & Whistles" plus along with placing caches it is a good way to "pay back" geoaching for all the fun and excitiment that you are having and will have. Good luck and stay safe...
