Oregon 3.20 firmware sought

Can some kind soul mail me a copy of this version or point me to a link. I have upgraded to 3.22beta and my unit is now inoperable and I want to bo back a version.

Install the 3.15 beta, then use webupdater to get back to 3.20.

 

Note: you may need to right click on 3.15 and download the linked file.

Thanks but the link is a GCD file that I can't seem to execute, any ideas?

You just need to rename the file to "GUPDATE.GCD".

Then copy the file to the garmin folder on the Oregon, not the SD card.

Then disconnect from the PC, and restart the Oregon, and you should see the software install.

The latest Garmin Oregon software is the 3.30, uploading this causes the same freezing problems with the GB Discoverer maps so have tried to return to the 3.20 version as per the above description. I have the 3.15 version of the GCD file but using it and then the webupdater takes me back to 3.30.

 

I want the 3.20 version as it has much better GPS accuracy (IMO).

 

Can someone post a link or PM me the 3.20 GCD file please?

Is it the same deal to install this Oregon_WebUpdater__320.gcd file as the others?

 

E.g. rename to GUPDATE.GCD, etc. Hmm! maybe not. the extension is already correct :?
