Map and stats on public forum

I notice when I go to some peoples profile that it had a map with the states in red that they found caches on. Some even have a bar chart with stats of there find. I only have 19 find but it wa in two states and was wondering how to set that up. Any help?

You need to be a premium member so that you can download your Finds from a Pocket Query. Then you put that file into GSAK, and run the FindGenStats macro. The HTML code from that macro output can be pasted into your GC.com profile, and presto! you have your maps.

Or you can do like I do and create your own maps.

 

I use the map from wikipedia but the one with the red states probably came from http://www.world66.com/myworld66/visitedStates

You can get one from INATN, once you get your PQ issue worked out.

 

Or, you can use GSAK and the FindStatGen macro.

I just edit out the advert code at the bottom. This one allows you to drop in the code from a previous map

and update it. That was handy this summer as I worked my way around several states and logged finds daily.
