tubeex1995
Why don't NGS Benchmarks count in your List of Geocaches found(s)? Quote Link to comment
+LSUFan
Well, the short answer is because they are not considered geocaches (and rightfully should never be). They were not placed (nor listed) by geocaching members. Only containers/events/virtuals done in the name of geocaching should be considered geocaches. GC.com does keep a count of how many benchmarks you log there, but won't count them toward your geocache find total. Edited September 24, 2009 by LSUFan Quote Link to comment

+Astro_D
I'd also like to think by not being tallied in the find count, it would keep a majority of the masses who want another smiley from logging bogus finds. I know, it already happens, but think of how much worse it could be if they were to be part of the find count. *shudders* Quote Link to comment

foxtrot_xray
Huh. Reading that link, I change my answer: I don't want them to count, because I don't want those people in here. Is that too mean of me? Quote Link to comment
