CANADIAN RED POPPY SPY

Don't know if this is "wrong" or not? I just received a Canadian Red Poppy Spy coin. I adopted it from someone but when I put in the tracking number the icon looks like the Red Remembrance Poppy coin, and it also identifiles it as such. I got the number right off the coin. Can anyone explain?

We would be glad to fix this since we made the Red Poppy Spy coin. I have already communicated the issue with Groundspeak for a resolution, and to look further into icons being inadvertently changed.
